Free software

ENG Drawing Viewer is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. Its complete source code, build instructions and the source of every copyleft library it includes are published with each release in the GitHub repository.

Free software is provided without warranty, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Verify drawing dimensions and export results before relying on them for engineering or manufacturing decisions.

Third-party components

The desktop application uses PySide6/Qt, PyMuPDF/MuPDF, Python, Pillow, NumPy, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, ezdxf, libheif, python-pptx, python-docx and XlsxWriter, among other components. Help › About in the app lists every bundled component with its licence text, and each release attaches the unmodified source of the copyleft libraries inside it.

This website uses Astro, Tailwind CSS and three.js (MIT), GSAP (its Standard No Charge licence), Inter and JetBrains Mono (SIL Open Font License). Font files are self-hosted. Third-party notices and font licences are included with the website source.

Names and marks

ENG Drawing Viewer’s name and original blue application icon belong to its independent creator. Apple, macOS, iPhone, Microsoft, Windows, PowerPoint, LibreOffice and Linux are names or marks of their respective owners (Linux® is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds). This project is not affiliated with those organizations.
